Walker Pump and Run
Thanks to all of the 2009 Walker Pump and Run participants for making
the event a success. The results, along with some preliminary
information for next year’s event, are posted below. If you have
any questions or comments, please let us know. We look forward to
seeing everyone next year!

Event
- Bench-press a percentage of your body weight as many times as
possible (no limit)
- Run a 5K
- Subtract 30 seconds per bench rep from your 5K time to get your
Pump and Run time
Awards
- All entrants will be provided a commemorative short-sleeve
t-shirt and post-event lunch
- The awards structure will be determined by January 2010. For the
2009 event, custom designed awards were presented as follows
:
- Male: 1st-3rd Overall, 1st Master‘s Division (40 yr +), 1st
Clydesdale Division (200 lb +)
- Female: 1st Overall
- Maximum of 1 award per person
- Award precedence is Overall, Master‘s Division,
Clydesdale Division

Register by March 12 in order to guarantee a t-shirt
Must be 16 years or older to participate
