*Monthly fees are debited automatically from checking, savings account or credit card.  Prepay 6 or 12 months in advance and have your initiation fee reduced or waived!

Minimum Age to Use Fitness Center

All youth (family memberships) under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in order to use the Fitness Center.  Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the Fitness Center.  If the parent believes their 14 or 15 year old can work out in the Fitness Center by themselves they will need to set up a one time mandatory Basic Training Session with one of our Fitness Trainers.  This session is included with your membership.  This session will provide a beginner program designed for that individual and clear them to exercise safely and effectively with our equipment.

Try our facility for one week free!  To qualify, you must:

• be 18 years of age or older.
• local resident
• first-time visitors only

Please bring your valid Michigan drivers license when you register.

Fitness Membership Drop

If you find that you must discontinue your fitness membership, Walker Ice & Fitness Center (WIFC) requires from you a 30 day written notification with your signature. This notification can be completed on either a WIFC Drop Form or with a personal letter from you. WIFC Drop Forms are available at the front counter. All signed notifications must be delivered to the facility either in person, by mail or via facsimile (fax (616) 735-6290). Please direct these notifications to Mary Kay Sherman. A re-initiation fee will be applied to primary members rejoining the facility within 12 months of their termination date (re-initiation rates are $49 for adults, $39 for senior citizens and $33 for youth/college memberships). After this 12-month window, prior fitness members who rejoin WIFC will be charged the full initiation rate.
