Getting Started
Before you start exercising, you will receive a free 1 hour consultation with your selected trainer where you will:
  • Identify current health status
  • Determine short and long-term goals
  • Discuss how your trainer will guide and support you to help you reach your goals
  • Put you through a 30 minute workout

Personal Training Rates. The more training sessions, the quicker results.

WIFC Member
One 30 minute session $25
Package of 6 sessions $150
Package of 12 sessions $300
 
Sports Training  
16 session (30 minutes) $350 (prepaid)
Individual training session specialized  
towards you sport--includes speed, agility and cardio
 
 
Small Group Training
3-4 clients will be taken through a comprehensive training program to improve your metabolic efficiency
This is not a private session $8/person (30 minute)
You will perform exercises at the appropriate training load & then rotate  
from one station to the next
