Fitness Class Descriptions

 R.I.P.P.E.D. Resistance Interval, Power Plyometric Endurance. Diet. This class offers high cardio, weight training with free weights, mixed martial arts to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun & safe.  Challenge your levels of fitness & endurance!
 Skill.Of.Strength
S.O.S.
This strength only class uses various equipment to work your muscles! Expect some of the same basic PowerFlex moves as well as new moves to challenge your muscles and get results! This class is for ALL fitness levels. Modifications will be offered to challenge advanced participants and accommodate beginners.
Butts & Gutts Tone those butts and guts with various exercises specifically designed to target these common trouble spots.
Cardio Tone You'll work the major muscle group of your upper & lower body during this total workout.  Core strength will be included.  All fitness levels welcom
Total Body Workout Increase strength, tone up, improve metabolism and flexibility. A variety of training equipment and exercises will be used to mix up the workouts. All Fitness levels are welcome.
SilverSneakers I  Classic Muscular Strength & Range of Movement® Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers II- Circuit Cardio Circuit® Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are all included in this class. This class also focuses on stretching and relaxation exercises.
ZUMBA The fitness craze that is sweeping the nation and has become a favorite group exercise class throughout the world! ZUMBA uses a mix of Latin and International music to create a dynamic, fun and effective cardio workout. The class is designed to utilize an interval training format, combining various rhythms with movements that tone and sculpt the body.

SPINNING/Ab's
Jump on a bike for the ride of your life! SPINNING utilizes stationary bikes, motivational coaching and terrific music to provide you with a great cardiovascular workout. Pre-registration is recommended for this class.  Some classes will have abdominal work at the end or beginning!
TRX/TRX Circuit A suspension training class that uses body weight and gravity to develop strength and balance. This 45 minute class will make you sweat with various functional exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.
Turbo Kick
A combination of intense kickboxing and dance moves all choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with a blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick is a great workout for all fitness levels.
Low Cardio Strenghth 'BOOM' This class is a low cardio workout designed for all fitness levels. Improving balance, strength and cardio.  Stretching & abdominal included! 
Yoga Yoga class will incorporate Yoga position in an easy flowing class design. Improve your balance and flexibility, get stronger and relieve stress.  Designed for any fitness level.
   
Cardio Kick A non-contact workout that includes both cardio and strength training in an energizing environment. It incorporates kicks, jabs, hooks and uppercuts to improve agility and power.
Boot Camp Boot Camp classes incorporate cardio, strength, sports drills and core work all designed to enhance endurance, speed and strength. Our instructors will change up the classes to keep them new and exciting!
C.S.I. Cycle.Strength. Intervals. Ready for a challenge? This class will burn fat and build/tone muscle. C.S.I. combines the cardio benefit of SPINNING with the power of strength training. Each class will include intervals on the Spin bike and strength training using weights, TRX and bodyweight. *NEW CLASS

MetCon 
Metabolic Conditioning is High Intensity Interval Training at its best! The class is 3 rounds of 10 moves all performed for 1 minute at max intensity! Strength, Cardio, and Core will combine to give you a killer workout and an amazing afterburn effect!
Sculpt to the Max Get ready to increase cardio level while stepping burning fat and sculpting your body using a variety of equipment! (Monday 9am class is 90 minutes long)
 Core Infusion  One hour core workout!  You will strengthen your core and back using a variety of equipment and exercises.  ALL fitness levels welcome!!
 Muscle Definition  This class is a total body workout, with no fancy choreography.  You will tone your arms using hand held weights while stepping at a slow rate of speed.  Includes an abdominal workout.  All fitness levels welcome!
Kick Fit Your favorite cardio kick class with a toning and abs session to finish it off!
Gentle Yoga Stretch  During class you will experience flexibility, balance & strength with proper positioning and breathing.  All moves are done on the floor to help protect your back and keep good alignment.  Great for all fitness levels!
   
SPIN intervals You'll be both on and off the bike but the intensity will stay high! Lots of calories will be torched in this class! Intervals on the spin bike will alternate with various other cardio drills.
