League Schedule

Evaluation Skate

• Mites - Monday, August 28, 2006 at 5:30pm
• Squirts - Monday, August 28, 2006 at 7:00pm
• Pee Wee - Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at 5:30pm
• Bantam - Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at 7:00pm

Payment Schedule

Current H.A.W.K players will have a spot reserved until April 21, when  open enrollment will begin for new players.

House League Cost

• Mite - $1,000
• Squirt - $1,100
• Pee Wee - $1,400
• Bantam - $1,500

The balance due is payable in full or in three equal installments, which are due on September 1, October 1, and November 1, 2006. Players will not be permitted to skate if fees remain unpaid after November 1, 2006.

H.A.W.K. offers travel hockey programs.  For further information, please contact either Mike Slobodnik at (616)735-6286 or the H.A.W.K. Board at www.hawkhockey.org.

Refunds

$100.00 of the Registration Fee is non-refundable and is transferable. For a Learn to Play skater, or a skater who becomes medically unable to continue to skate, annual fees will be prorated based on ice use, and any excess payment will be refunded. If a skater withdraws for any other reason, the parents or guardians are still responsible for all payments that were due before the date of withdrawal, according to the payment schedule listed above.
