SilverSneakers® Fitness Program

At the Walker Ice & Fitness Center, we offer premier aerobic classes and dedicated fitness instructors. Our mission is to provide members with the best possible fitness experience. That is why we are now offering The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, the nation’s leading exercise program for older adults. In addition to a free fitness center membership, participants will enjoy the benefits of regular exercise in a safe environment and will meet new people right in their own community.

Who is eligible for the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program?

Medicare-eligible individuals who are enrolled in specific health plans can receive a fitness center membership at no cost. This membership includes the use of fitness center equipment, exercise classes and additional amenities such as steam and sauna rooms. To find out whether you can take advantage of this benefit, please contact your health insurance provider.
